Most of my design work has centered around highly complex products either due to the nature of the industry or the technical challenges. I am prepared to tackle any future challenge regardless of the industry or product.

Experience

UX/UI Designer, WatchGuard Technologies, Seattle, WA, February 2022 — Present

  • Lead the research and design on WatchGuard's new to market SASE offering which consists of a full management and reporting platform as well as desktop and mobile clients

  • Lead an effort to transition and enhance our design system by coordinating the CSS changes with front-end development and updating our Figma design system to link elements to actual code in the CSS

  • Established new UX processes to leverage user research and user testing up front to assure our team was designing products that met the needs of our customers

  • Helped build features for products across our security suite such as Access Points (Wi-Fi), AuthPoint (Identity), ThreatSync (NDR/XDR), and our Fireboxes (Firewalls)

  • Currently the project manager for our America/APAC UX team assuring all work is delegated correctly and timelines are met
